•Completamente elettronico
•Avvolge direttamente il filo ritorto su cono, dopo averlo paraffinato con paraffinatore con micromotore.
•I motori dei fusi cavi sono azionati separatamente dal motore che aziona i rulli distributori per avvolgere il filo già ritorto: questo consente di ottenere una gamma infinita di torsioni per metro, non essendo vincolati a rapporti fissi dati da cinghie, pulegge, ...
•Torsioni: da 9 a 200 per metro.
•Unico tipo di cono utilizzabile sul fuso cavo: corsa 6", 5°57'
•Raccolta su coni: corsa 6", 5°57' (oppure come da Vs. richieste)
•Fornito con no. 3 sensori per i fili di alimentazione della cantra e con sensori elettronici sui fili dal fuso che consentono di ritorcere fino a 4 fili per testa.
•Arresto automatico per mancanza o rottura di uno dei filati e in caso di coni eccessivamente squilibrati posti sui fusi cavi.

La macchina funziona anche come: Binatrice e come Roccatrice.

La tastiera multifunzione con display mostra la diagnostica, opera in 5 lingue e consente:
- l'impostazione e la visualizzazione del numero di torsioni e della velocità (mt/min)
- l'uso del contametri quando necessario
- la possibilità di impostare 4 memorie di lavoro.

Twisting Machine Mod. TWISTER for the production of fancy yarns in 2 heads element.

•Completely electronic
•It winds directly the twisted yarn on cone after having waxed it with a micro motor waxing device.
•The hollow spindles motors are set separately in motion by the motor that drives the distributing rollers for winding the already twisted yarn: it permits an innumerable range of twists per meter, since it is not necessary to work on belts, pulleys, ...
•From 9 up to 200 twists per meter.
•The speed of the hollow spindles motors and the winding speed are adjustable.
•Cones to be used on the hollow spindles: 6" traverse, 5°57' only.
•Take up cones: 6" traverse, 5°57' (or as per your request).
•Supplied with 3 electronic sensors for the creel feeding yarns, and with electronic sensors on the yarns from the spindle, that permit the twisting up to 4 yarns each head.
•Automatic stop in case of breakage or lack of one of the yarns; when the cone reaches the preset diameter and if too unbalanced cones have been put on the hollow spindles.
Can work as Twisting Machine, as Assembly Winder and as Winder.

The multi-function keyboard with display, operating in 5 languages, shows the diagnostics and permits to:
- set and see the number of twists and the speed (mt/min);
- use the meter counter when required;
- set 4 working memories.
