Le Roccatrici elettroniche mod. SES e SE sono state progettate e costruite con la tecnologia più avanzata al fine di soddisfare le esigenze degli utilizzatori nella preparazione delle rocche prima o dopo tintura, con o senza paraffinatura, con o senza metratura prestabilita.
La facile regolazione della velocità (da 200 a 1200 mt/min), del sistema di sfasamento, della contrappesatura, della frizionatura del portacono e della frenatura del filato, permettono di ottenere una densità eccellente ed uniforme che garantisce ottimi risultati in tutti i processi di lavorazione.
Il paraffinatore motorizzato permette una distribuzione uniforme della paraffina; il frenafilo è motorizzato ed autopulente. I passaggi filo, protetti da ceramica, evitano qualsiasi sfregamento dannoso alla qualità del filato. Entrambi i modelli dispongono di frenatura elettronica regolabile del rullo in caso di arresto (optional nel Mod. SES).
Il Mod. SE ha un inverter per testa. Velocità, rampa di accelerazione ed altri parametri sono regolabili distintamente testa per testa.

I modelli SE AL e SES AL, con doppio alimentatore positivo del filato, sono particolarmente indicati quando è necessario ottenere rocche pre tintura con bassa densità e tensione costante; per la roccatura di filati continui o scivolosi e in ciniglia.
Il modello SES RR con alimentatore e taglierina è stato creato appositamente per la raccolta da macchine voluminizzatrici.

Ogni elemento funziona come unità indipendente in configurazione singola o multipla.
L'alta qualità dei materiali impiegati nella costruzione rende la macchina solida e durevole nel tempo.
La manutenzione, di facile esecuzione, è essenzialmente limitata alla normale pulizia

The electronic Winders mod. SES and SE have been designed and built with the utmost technologies to meet all the users' requirements in the preparation of the packages before or after dyeing, with or without waxing, with or without preset meter.
The easy adjustment of the speed (from 200 to 1200 mt/min), of radial anti patterning, of counterweight, of sliding of the cone holder and the braking of the yarn, permit to obtain an excellent and uniform density that guarantees optimal results in all the working process.
The waxing device is motorized and permits to obtain a uniform distribution of the wax; the yarn brake is motorized and self-cleaning. The yarn passages, protected by ceramic, avoid any rubbings harmful to the yarn quality. Both models have adjustable electronic braking of the drum in case of stop (optional in the SES model).
The SE model has one inverter per head. Speed, acceleration ramps and other parameters are adjustable distinctly head by head.

The models SE AL and SES AL, with double positive feeder of the yarn are recommended when it is necessary to obtain very soft packages with constant tension for before dyeing, for winding yarns that are continuous or slippery, and for chenille.
The model SES RR with feeder and cutter has been created expressly for picking from bulking machines.

Each element works as an independent unit in single or multiple configurations.
The high quality of the materials used in the building process makes the machine more solid and lasting in time.
The maintenance is made easily and only the normal cleaning is usually requested.
